Michael Borges
A twenty year restaurant management veteran, Mike brings a unique
understanding of what managers need to run profitable restaurants.
He began his career in restaurant management at Laguna Beach's scenic
Las Brisas, a multi-million dollar fine dining restaurant overlooking
one of Southern California's most beautiful coastal views. Mike
went on to oversee strategic planning, concept development and management
of multi-unit restaurant operations for a major restaurant chain.
With undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Spanish and an MBA from
University of Irvine California, Mike's focus is to help clients
grow profitably.

John Nelson
John began his career in restaurant management and quickly moved
on to multi-unit and corporate training for restaurant managers.
His strengths are in on quality, consistency and upholding high
standards. He has developed several management training programs
as well as developed and planned the training programs for new restaurant
openings. John went on to provide consulting services for independent
restaurants with an emphasis on setting up operations and training
manuals, kitchen management systems, HACCP certification and menu
development. John's focus is to guide data base development, training
and planning for smooth system implementation and follow-up.
